Should foreign terrorism suspects be given constitutional rights?
No, they are not U.S. citizens and do not have constitutional rights
They were conducting seemingly day-to-day activities, but their actions resulted in the deaths of 3,000 innocent Americans. Criminals like them must be targeted and executed to prevent the deaths of innocent people in the United States. Most importantly, individuals like these men who roam the streets of this country freely and do not show any indication of planning an attack absolutely do NOT deserve constitutional protection.
