Most men are taught to hide their emotions from a young age I think if we normalized that men have as much mental health issues as woman it would help.

Men are taught to hide behind a wall which results in them feeling lonely. I feel as though men actually have it worse than woman regarding mental health issues.

If you were just to switch "men" to "people" in this question you would see its the same answer, which is everyone know matter what has different kinds of mental struggles, and the support you might get is curated to what will help YOU not your gender.

We need to move away from the stigma that men can't talk about their mental health. It is leaving people behind and has caused radical thoughts about manliness to take hold in society.

I think that men deserve the same amount of rights that women have, but should not feel like they are worth more than a woman just because they are a man.
