Humanity does have its flaws, but one thing is true: everybody is motivated to look after themselves. In the future, all countries will become so reliant on each other as globalization only increases that any one country falling would hurt all others. Any dictators that rise and start wars will undoubtedly disturb the flow of commerce, and I believe that technology will grow enough that they will be monitored and quietly assassinated if they cause any issues.

Even if we stop going to war with each other, when we find extraterrestrials, we would go to war with them as well.

War never ends. Tension and the advancement of technology may slow down the rate of war. But that does not mean war will end. As long as man exists there will be war
