Allocate public spending for testimonials. Clearly define the school, district, and board views on race, what they acknowledge, how much they pay in reparations, if they pay none, why; how they personally played a part in racism in the past, etc. School, districts, and boards that have an ongoing history of racism do not get to tell students of color what they should think about racism; the institutions are the ones needing to be held accountable.
