Many schools are underfunded because of standardized testing. They are given less money to work with so they cut cost on some subjects to do better on the ones they did bad in last time making them do bad in the other ones.

In countries which have implemented free college education for it's citizens, their educators are required to have a masters degree in education. This, in turn, brings about higher test scores, higher quality schools, and an overall more successful education system which benefits citizens in every industry.

If we are not able to implement the same educational system, just allowing educators to curate standards at a local and state level that work for individual school systems would greatly benefit the current education system. Having as many limitations on education as there are now have driven educators out of the industry in droves and damaged our educational success in dangerous ways.

Rigorous teacher programs could be a way to ensure that teachers teach quality education without becoming biased. Also, increasing teachers' wages could be an effective incentive for better education.
