Therefore the government should not enforce a law simply because of a particular religion, but if it is a good law it should be reasonable apart from Islamic law. The reason should not be to enforce Islamic law but the final decision might be in line with Islamic law. (The same can be true for Christian, Jewish, Hindu, or any other religious law)
